I'm helping a local non-profit organize a design/ideas competition for the property they own in Boston. Its a church building without a congregation. We are in the early stages and want to understand if a competition could be useful as they look at either selling, developing, or pumping money in to save the structure.
My main question for you guys is are there any resources out there for people developing competitions? I've not come across any websites that are capable of hosting the registration, collection of fees, downloads of competition materials, and collecting submissions, but maybe they are out there. Any ideas would be helpful. Likewise any competition creation advice in general would be appreciated for those of you who have participated and run them. Thanks.

The new site will also provide a service to host and manage competitions, including your requirements, "hosting the registration, collection of fees, downloads of competition materials, and collecting submissions", in addition to a really easy to use online judging/reviewing interface.
