The Current is located on Ocean Blvd. in Long Beach, CA. It is a mixed use development with 235 residential units across 17 floors. The Current is the first high rise to go up in the city in over a decade. Each floor is meticulously designed and thoughtfully arranged to create a unique environment. The resulting design is one focused on an eye for both quality and luxury. The interior design of The Current is every bit as sleek as it is contemporary. In the main lobby, for example, tactile materials, progressive craftsmanship, and rigorous design meet together to welcome guests into a truly spectacular addition to the Long Beach Skyline.
