Ichon Rex

Designed to be new ground-breaking residential towers, Ichon Rex sits along the Han River redefining the Seoul skyline. With sleek crystalline towers, an iconic sky bridge, innovative landscape plan and 460 residential units, commanding river views, the project stands alone in Seoul as the ultimate standard for a sophisticated urban living experience. This multi-family development consists of 3 high-rise towers of 56, 42, and 36 stories on a land area of 29,774 m2.  A below grade 2 level parking facility, with light wells adding natural light, provides 1,250 spaces for residents and their guests. The towers are designed so that each unit enjoys panoramic views of the Han River and Namsan Mountain. The ground level landscape is designed to ensure a harmonious balance between indoor and outdoor living. The iconic sky bridge incorporates all the communal programs such as the lounge, library, spa, gym, art gallery and golf driving range, instead of housing them in separate buildings. This design is an extension of the ground plane and engages all three towers acting as a community glue. Employing sustainable materials and state of the art green technologies, this visionary project integrates building and landscape into a single inventive community that is environmentally responsible, practical, and innovative.
