A Japanese family asked Koko to reinvent how to fit the needs of a growing family into their tall Noho Loft. The resulting "Bento Box" loft finds living space vertically, while capturing the feeling of contemporary Japan. The palette is limited to a few carefully selected materials and colors. Hidden storage takes up nearly half of the 1400 sf. space, freeing the rest for a simple lifestyle.
