You enter the health care centre - which is directly situated on the river Trattnach- street-sided from the north. The entrance is clearly defined by its material, dimension and transparency and leads the visitors intuitively into the building. A wooden bar "floats" above the entrance area and the glass front situated west-sided of it. The bar is configured by the moved arrangement of the windows of the rooms and social areas located in it. The rooms are flooded with light and form friendly and inviting spaces by the choice of natural materials and surfaces. The balconies of the south-side are reminiscent of nature with the help of vertical, irregularly arranged wooden elements. Two terraces serve as a connection between inside and outside and with its irregular columns, the natatorium affiliates itself with the adjoining garden. The garden borders on the Trattnach and consists of a natural garden and a therapy garden. The natural garden contains various paths and seats and is low-maintenance. The therapy garden is an area with raised beds, a water element, a drinking well and a Kneipp basin and supports the concern of this health care centre. In general the building connects with its surrounding in various wavelengths and thus supports the well-being of the individual which is very important for healing.
