the housing estate (11.9 ha) is located on the territory of the former military base on the outskirts of odessa. the living environment is formed by a system of closed and semi-closed blocks. the development concept suggests a green corridor which is going to become a living space for mini-communities. this promenade provides comfortable pedestrian connection between the houses and a kindergarten.
