Dean & DeLuca brought on Charlap Hyman & Herrero to create this "curio" booth at Design Miami. A surrealistic take on the iconic Dean & DeLuca store and its origins as an innovative cheese shop on Prince street in SoHo, the design employed mirrors, custom marble wallpaper, and 800 pounds of gruyère. Viewers were invited to circumambulate a geometric arrangement of cheese that was infinitely reflected in the walls of the booth, offering a multi-sensory experience and prime photographic opportunity.
