The TCG Financial Centre is a 2,10,000 sq. ft 11 story LEED Gold development. Our approach to lighting for the TCG Financial Centre focuses on meeting all standards for a LEED Gold building rating while enhancing the salient design features of a newly constructed office facility, which will also serve as an urban landmark. The lighting design for the building exterior highlights the “floating tube” along the buildings corner (3) façades by working with the architect to create a custom detail into the buildings glass mullion system to create appearance of continuous line of light. We used high-power uplights to precisely graze the “bookend fins” projecting past the building fenestration on the South facade.
