Facing Manhattan’s only private park, 1 Gramercy is an elegant 19th century brick townhouse in the Gramercy Park Historic District. We designed and managed a meticulous restoration of the exterior brick, brownstone window surrounds, cast iron railings, and paved stone entry courtyard, achieving the client’s goal of celebrating the building’s character and presence at the northwest corner of the square.
