ExactTarget is a locally based technology company that, since its inception in 2001, shows no signs of slowing down. Quickly outgrowing their Monument Circle headquarters in The Guaranty Building, ExactTarget began looking for expansion opportunies around the city, country and globe. 

Creating a space that supports the culture of a vibrant technology company within a historical context has always been an objective of ExactTarget and offers an Ideal design challenge. Interior build-out construction budgets are always held to strict requirements so DKGR examines the existing features of the site building and allow that history and texture to become the backdrop to an otherwise modern aesthetic.
