We are an innovative, thoughtful project management group that works primarily with cultural, mission-driven clients on new, challenging building projects.  On behalf of our clients we manage all aspects of design and construction, working with renowned architects such as Renzo Piano, Herzog de Meuron, Jean Paul Viguier, SANAA, and others. We limit the number of projects we work on at one time in order to provide comprehensive yet well-considered services to our clients including programming, architect selection, design team creation, management of the design team and design process, contractor selection and management of the construction process, project turn-over to the owner, and advisement on facilities operation. Similarly, we limit our staff to a small group with diverse background, enabling us to make well-informed recommendations in managing a project’s budget and schedule, while being advocates for the design intent. We look to build nothing short of exceptional projects.
