Context - that is the essence of a place. It is determined by the climate and topography, by the specific conditions of the property as well as by its neighborhood and long history. Jarosch Architektur sensitively respects and takes these factors into account as an overall context - in the idea, design and implementation of the structural task, in architecture and interior. Buildings that interact with location and history in this way have a lasting effect.
Her buildings, which are not subject to design fashions, outlast time. With simplicity, reduction and restraint, buildings succeed that quietly provide the background for life and processes. They convince as independent aesthetic spheres of activity for diverse content and actions.
The design is always based on an attentive and in-depth study of uses, processes and needs, geometries, masses and volumes, proportions, relationships and repetitions, surfaces and textures as well as colors and materials. The aim of comprehensive thinking is to correctly combine form, space and light and to create good atmospheres. What is special and independent is achieved by finding and implementing new ideas, new approaches and new materials.
Jarosch Architecture has realized a wealth of projects since 2005, with a diverse range of building types and sizes. From smaller private houses, in which the building, the interior and the outside area have been planned and implemented extensively, to large commercial projects. For example, the company locations in Frankfurt and Munich were built for the logistics service provider Party Rent, which also laid the foundation for the corporate architecture of this leading group of companies in Europe. Whether aircraft hangar, multi-family houses or filigree conversions of listed villas, whether small or large design tasks - Nikola and Herbert Jarosch are always involved in all design processes. They accompany their teams and pursue form and solution development and building implementation with the same intensity.
When she was still a student at the Technical University of Darmstadt, the siblings Nikola and Herbert Jarosch led the professional, creative and intellectual discourse about their university projects. This - enriching and fruitful productive collaboration - resulted in the opening of her Jarosch Architecture office in Darmstadt in 2005. They started their own business straight away because they were ambitious and motivated to put their idea of architecture into practice. And it is still her wish and incentive to create good and particularly valuable buildings, rooms and surroundings with her team every day.
