Charles & Co is an interior design studio founded by Vicky Charles and Julia Corden in 2016. The head office is in New York with residential, commercial and hospitality projects throughout Europe and North America.
After a 20-year career at Soho House where she was Global Head of design, Vicky established Charles & Co with Julia in order to bring the experience of putting the home in hospitality to a more intimate scale for private clients.
From small-scale residential renovation to new construction of a large-scale commercial project, listening lies at the heart of the Charles & Co process so that all designs are natural reflections of each client and the surrounding environment of each project.
To achieve that, Vicky works directly with every client - whether they have a strong vision of what they would like to achieve or look to her to create a vision that resonates with their needs and lifestyle.
While Charles & Co works across a range of design styles, all of the studio’s work puts design before decoration and relies on honest materials and expert craftsmen to create spaces of depth and substance that go beyond photo ready to become living ready.
