'T' Space Rhinebeck announces its new Open Hours program, from June – September every Sunday from 12pm – 5pm, with suggested admission of $10.
The nonprofit 'T' Space Gallery, designed by Steven Holl Architects, nurtures a compelling synthesis between art and architecture through three summer exhibitions featuring artist Richard Nonas (June 2 – July 8 ), Mexican architect Tatiana Bilbao (July 21 – August 5) and artist Ricci Albenda (August 18 – September 30).
Visitors may also explore the 30-acre T2 Reserve, home to experimental architecture and the recently opened T2 Installation Trail, a two-mile path dotted with commissioned sculptural works of Oscar Tuazon, Dimitra Tsachrelia, Eirini Tsachrelia and Nicholas Karytinos.
'T' Space's most recent commission on the trail is Richard Nonas's 900 foot straight line of 80 railroad tie units spanning the dips and rises of the T2 Reserve forest–a kind of ghost presence, neither sculpture nor architecture, thickening that charged emotional landscape.
