Ferdows Fazeli

Redondo Beach, CA, US

I am a licensed architect in the State of California with seventeen years of experience. For the past twelve years, I have managed residential and school improvement projects as well as multiple construction modules.

Throughout my career at Wyle, I have successfully designed and managed multiple Federal sponsored projects in accordance with all applicable codes including Title 24, California Building Code, and ADA. In addition, I have been involved in all phases of the projects from planning and programming to preparing construction documents, construction administration and closeout. I have great deal of experience in coordinating with project team, clients, sub consultants, City staff, utility companies, and contractors.

I am very hard working, conscientious, and extremely professional in my work. My attention to detail, so important in architecture, is something often commended by colleagues and clients, as testified by this comment from a major airport sound insulation client:

“…….. I wanted to pass along that [a difficult homeowner] was extremely complimentary of your professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail.  Thank you Ferdows, and although I don't always have time to mention it, I also appreciate it - not only when in the field, but with administrative paperwork, in meetings, etc.”
