A two story-high entry divides the house into two segments connected with a wooden bridge: the east segment is a secondary space with a garage on the ground floor and children&rsquo;s area on the first floor; the west segment contains the main living spaces and parents&rsquo; quarters on the upper floor. The pool, separately located above the living room, is visible from the rest of the house. From the street we can see the cross-sectional view of the restaurant, through from the wardrobe, which is hidden behind the SICIS mosaic wall picturing a city view of New York, until the bar. With direct access to a strip of idyllic beach, it is characterized by its rolling dunes and the dense indigenous vegetation of extraordinary variety, including a well establish Milkwood thicket. The site is subject to hot summers and moderate winters, with a cooling on-shore breeze, from the North East.
