Their design, which seems to riff on Rafael Viñoly’s <a href="http://archinect.com/news/tag/260627/432-park-avenue" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">432 Park Avenue</a> Condominium tower, features a horseshoe shaped tower that arcs high in the air, framing Central Park.
