The three-story design &mdash; Wright&rsquo;s only commercial building in Los Angeles &mdash; features a central spine-like tower and inverted-V shape facade. It was originally intended to include a penthouse apartment and studio, and, after the most recent update, features a configuration of six boutique spaces serviced by an angular ramp that draws obvious comparisons to the&nbsp;<a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/696465/solomon-r-guggenheim-museum" target="_blank">Guggenheim Museum</a> in New York City.
