The luxury condo development will be located in downtown Miami's Brickell neighborhood.</p><p>The Towers' reinforced concrete form, according to a press release from the firm, was designed "primarily for environmental reasons &ndash; shading the apartments within the building whilst maximising daylight &ndash; which also gives the building its unique appearance on the skyline."
