<img src="https://archinect.gumlet.io/uploads/6n/6n2tmiko2sk8s262.jpg?fit=crop&auto=compress%2Cformat&enlarge=true&w=1200" border="0" /><p>Hot on the heels of their lauded new National Museum of African American History, Adjaye Associates has been awarded a major new commission: the 760-acre masterplan for the second phase of the San Francisco Shipyard redevelopment.</p><p>The Shipyard will house some 12,000 homes and apartments, a million square feet of retail and restaurant space, and 350 acres of public space on the renovated waterfront.
