Department of City Planning to redevelop the historic City Market Los Angeles, located in Downtown L.A.'s Fashion District. Established in 1909 by a group of immigrant farmers, CMLA is home to one of the oldest wholesale produce markets in the U.S.</p><p><img title="" alt="" src="http://cdn.archinect.net/images/650x/tf/tfzcnouatn7cduvi.jpg"><br><em>Aerial view.
