Take the Nordic Pavilion, for example. They've announced the Pavilion's participation in an experimental cohousing project led by&nbsp;Norwegian firm&nbsp;<a href="https://archinect.com/firms/cover/9423148/helen-hard" target="_blank">Helen &amp; Hard</a>.
