This past December, Waterfront Toronto&rsquo;s Board of Directors approved an agreement with development partners Great Gulf Group and Dream Unlimited. Over 800 <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/110562/affordable-housing" target="_blank">affordable housing</a> units will be contained in the scheme, with an emphasis on family-sized units.
