Designed by architect/developer <a href="http://www.jonathansegalarchitect.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Jonathan Segal</a>, the monolithic mixed-use structure has 27 stylish residential units tucked inside in addition to four hipster-friendly restaurants that offer craft beer and street food.
