Titled '<em>Building the Knowledge Base for Climate Resilienc</em>y' it assesses impact of climate trends and advises resiliency and monitoring. Another group, the Urban Green Council also found the rowhouse (compared to a single-family detached house or glass towers) to be particularly energy resilient in times of disaster or extreme weather events.</p>
