One of five "<a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loew%27s_Wonder_Theatres" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Wonder Theaters</a>" built in the New York area by the Loew’s Corporation in 1929 and 1930, the building was designed by architect George Rapp.</p>
