Steven Holl Architects recently announced the groundbreaking of another New York-based project called the Ex of In House, slated for completion in May 2016 in the village of Rhinebeck.</p><p>Located in a rural forest landscape, the house is a physical manifestation of the firm's ongoing research project "Explorations of 'IN'". It is one of the rare remaining building lots of this neighborhood, also one of the few protected areas in the City.</p><p>The building engages with the surrounding environment in order to produce an Architecture that merges with the Landscape.
