KTP&rsquo;s directive lays out the limitations on developments that can be carried out within the buffer zones of Megalithic temples in Malta. It also provides guidance on how to develop in compliance with the guidelines.&nbsp;</p> <p>KTP has required that only development consistent with the purpose and intent of the buffer zones and the <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/619246/world-heritage-site" target="_blank">UNESCO World Heritage</a> Convention can be carried out within the buffer zones designated for the Megalithic temples.
