These projects represent part of a much larger $280 million&nbsp;effort to rework the university's <a href="https://kierantimberlake.com/pages/view/462" target="_blank">East End</a>, and include replacing a series of disjointed surface parking lots and lawns with a grassy expanse dotted with trees.
