The structure will function as a broadcast network post as well as a public observation center. Courtesy of IND.</figcaption></figure></figure><p>To facilitate this public design process, IND [Inter.National.Design] designed&nbsp;<em>Convergence Shop,</em> a pavilion that will work as a vehicle in implimenting the series of events required to realize the city's vision. Workshops, panels, exhibitions, and forums will be held inside the pavilion in Takism Square. After being shortlisted in Stage Two, Powerhouse Company &amp; IND (Inter.National.Design) won 1st Prize out of 8 finalist teams, including renowned names like Sou Fujimoto and Sn&oslash;hetta. The city's government plans to have the 100-meter broadcasting tower completed in 2015.
