M&oslash;ller Architects</a>, the new <a href="https://archinect.com/piercyandcompany" target="_blank">Piercy&amp;Co</a>-designed building aims to address "the challenges of climate change by creating an ultra-low carbon building and placing sustainability at the heart of the project."
