RUR takes an architect&rsquo;s approach to infrastructure, which eschews monofunctionally in favor of polyfunctional spaces which productively transform the terminal typology from an inert piece of urban hardware into a dynamic space of civic, cultural and commercial interchange.&rdquo;<br></p> <figure><p><a href="https://archinect.gumlet.io/uploads/87/87194fb7e686ca10c16f3a7bf59886fa.jpg?auto=compress%2Cformat&amp;enlarge=true&amp;w=1028" target="_blank"><img src="https://archinect.gumlet.io/uploads/87/87194fb7e686ca10c16f3a7bf59886fa.jpg?auto=compress%2Cformat&amp;enlarge=true&amp;w=514"></a></p><figcaption>Image...</figcaption></figure> https://archinect.com/news/article/88239866/kaohsiung-port-terminal-by-reiser-umemoto-in-more-detail Kaohsiung Port Terminal by Reiser + Umemoto in more detail Justine Testado 2013-12-07T02:44:00-05:00 >2018-01-30T06:16:04-05:00 <img src="https://archinect.gumlet.io/uploads/y5/y5q8lx0wapk16gjn.jpg?fit=crop&auto=compress%2Cformat&enlarge=true&w=1200" border="0" /><em><p>In our last update, Reiser + Umemoto celebrated the groundbreaking of the Kaohsiung Port Terminal in Kaohsiung, Taiwan this past November.
