(Projects of the same size took an average of 19 months to complete before the pandemic.)</p> <p>Some potential factors could be lagging supply chain issues and lack of <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150364655/demand-for-construction-workers-remains-high-as-overall-u-s-labor-demand-dips" target="_blank">construction labor</a> nationwide.
