It is being promoted as a way for firms to reduce costs and labor and gain an advantage in project and design competitions.<br></p> <p>George Proud stated that, unlike mainstream generative image platforms such as Midjourney and DALL-E, <a href="https://www.gendo.ai/" target="_blank">Gendo</a> allows generated visualizations to be edited, offering architects greater detail and precision.</p> <p>The announcement follows closely last week's launch of another <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150434348/digital-spatial-asset-platform-treasury-launches-in-partnership-with-zaha-hadid-architects-and-other-creatives" target="_blank">AI-driven platform called Treasury</a>.&nbsp;<br></p>
