One apartment is allotted per floor to bring the total to 60 in both towers. Each unit is equipped with a range of wellness amenities to go along with winding interlocked terraces offering views of Dubai's high-rise architecture and the adjacent Marasi Marina.</p> target="_blank">Williamsburg, Brooklyn</a>.&nbsp;</p> <p>With an allotment of 398 new rental units and 160 total condominiums, the project boasts more than 700,000 square feet of usable space united by a seven-story podium with 12,000 square feet of ground-level retail spaces and another 40,000 worth of amenities offerings spread throughout three upper-level floors that connect via an elliptical housing accommodations for the burgeoning Enterprise Research Campus (ERC) district on the southern edge of <a href="https://archinect.com/harvard" target="_blank">Harvard University</a> in Allston, Massachusetts.</p> <p>The scheme remade a former industrial site located across from the Harvard Business School on Western Avenue into a new urban district with a 343-unit housing component (25% of
