The <a href="https://www.denvergov.org/files/assets/public/v/2/parks-and-recreation/documents/planning/civiccenter_next100_conceptplan.pdf" target="_blank">Concept Design</a> also calls for improvements to the Central Gathering Space and Bannock Street between Colfax Avenue and 14th Avenue.
