Rubenstein, Kennedy Center President Deborah F. Rutter,&nbsp;Kennedy Center Trustee (and John F. Kennedy's granddaughter) Rose Kennedy Schlossberg, as well as Steven Holl. During the ceremony, Rubenstein used the same gold-plated shovel that President Lyndon B.
