On the podium level, the scheme’s <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/1727247/biophilic-design" target="_blank">biophilic</a> elements include a landscape of trees, shrubs, and plants aimed at improving air quality, reducing the urban heat island effect, and enhancing the local microclimate.</p>
