In the drawings, the Museum, as well as the other two buildings, appears to be clad in stone. The fa&ccedil;ades are punctured with a few narrow rectangular windows. On the south-western corner of the Museum, a chunk is cut out of the bottom half and the resulting vertical surfaces of the indentation are glazed. They set out to explain the principles that guide their practice&rsquo;s approach, regardless of program or site of project, and how those principles have morphed over time and place. Outlined at the beginning of the lecture, those principles are: to be of use, to move slowly, to say no, to connect, and to make work that lasts.
