The project will be constructed in two phases culminating in Q4 of 2024 and 2025, respectively. An environmental study from the city mentioned Apple&rsquo;s intention to assign 2,400 employees to the site by the time the project opens in 2026.</p> <p>Gensler has also previously completed designs for <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150181031/gensler-designs-new-tiktok-offices-in-culver-city" target="_blank">TikTok&rsquo;s new headquarters</a> in Culver City, the speculative <a href="https://www.gensler.com/projects/c3" target="_blank">C3</a> office development, and the transformation of the historic <a href="https://www.gensler.com/projects/the-culver-studios-master-plan" target="_blank">Culver Studios</a> for Amazon. The firm&rsquo;s <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150263183/art-gensler-architect-businessman-and-founder-of-the-largest-architecture-firm-in-the-world-has-passed-away" target="_blank">late founder</a> was considered instrumental in developing some of the initial brick-and-mortar retail strategy for Apple after <a href="https://uk.sports.yahoo.com/news/most-important-lesson-steve-jobs-143707109.html" target="_blank">meeting Steve Jobs</a> at a design conference in the early 1990s.</p>
