<p>Commissioned by Hines, the 180-meter-tall (590-foot) development will comprise a total of 60,000 square feet of “state-of-the-art collaborative office spaces” developed with the help of <a href="https://architectus.com.au/" target="_blank">Architectus</a> to “transform Melbourne into a dynamic and stimulating place to work and meet, and from where you can enjoy the best of the city.”</p>
