They&rsquo;re really almost setting a new precedent in how they&rsquo;re defining the workplace, with their projects in multiple areas,&rdquo; he said.&nbsp;&ldquo;They&rsquo;re really trying to reconceptualize this 21st-century hybrid work environment.&rdquo;</p>
