Woods was <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150443964/outside-investigators-clear-aia-leadership-of-any-wrongdoing-after-misconduct-claims" target="_blank">cleared of any wrongdoing</a> by an independent investigation in August, which prompted the AIA Board of Directors to file an <a href="https://archinect.com/news/article/150448167/aia-board-of-directors-files-ethics-complaint-against-misconduct-accusers" target="_blank">ethics complaint against her accusers</a> in September.
