<p>Operating across their New York and Hamptons studios, SKOLNICK defines their approach as ‘designing from the inside out.’ Offering services in building design, exhibitions, and master planning since 1980, the firm has collaborated with clients including the <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/11052/smithsonian" target="_blank">Smithsonian Institution</a>, the <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/993602/american-museum-of-natural-history" target="_blank">American Museum of Natural History</a>, and the <a href="https://archinect.com/schools/cover/697/the-cooper-union" target="_blank">Cooper Union</a>.</p>

Two tours of the center, a former Methodist church built in 1832, will be offered daily, Thursday through Monday.</p></em><br /><br /><p>After housing the Methodist Church of Sag Harbor from the early eighteen-hundreds until 2008, the historic structure was recently renovated by New York firm <a href="https://archinect.com/skolnick" target="_blank">SKOLNICK Architecture + Design Partnership</a>. The 12,000-square-foot adaptive reuse intervention created flexible spaces for exhibition as well as making, a resource library, a public garden, and on-site accommodations for an artist-in-residence program.</p>
