The pavilion derives its structural integrity from a unique monocoque shell shape that eliminates the need for internal supports or a traditional frame. The pavilion's dimensions are equal to&nbsp;43.6 feet in length,&nbsp;35.4 feet in width, and&nbsp;23 feet in height. However, automotive exhibitions for far too long have been dwelling cars on the inside within confined and enclosed walls reflecting otherwise.</p> <p>Re-imagining this traditional museum display of automobiles, and with an intent to instill the true experience of personal freedom conveyed by automobile,&nbsp;<a href="https://www.instagram.com/jaredzaugg/" target="_blank">Jared Zaugg</a>, an automotive lifestyle brand specialist and multifaceted expert envisioned the concept of setting the exhibit&nbsp;<em>en&nbsp;Plein air</em>&nbsp;(outdoors). An elevator for cars. You know, for &ldquo;car lovers and people who enjoy having their car next to them in their apartments&rdquo;.</p><p></p><p>Not surprisingly, this demographic is also defined by their access to at least $5 million, the starting price for one of the tower&rsquo;s 132 condos. The crowning jewel, a $32 million penthouse apartment, comes with a &ldquo;car gallery&rdquo; for seven of your eleven automobiles.</p><p>Driven by three high-tech hydraulic lifts, the elevators weight 30,000 lbs. and carry up to 8,000 lbs.
