Courtesy of PAU.</figcaption></figure></figure><p>The 30-acre site plan was developed by lead architect and strategic planner <a href="https://archinect.com/firms/cover/149950367/pau" target="_blank">Practice for Architecture and Urbanism</a> (PAU). It will be a walkable community that is anchored by a train station.
