Upon completion, the project will obtain LEED Gold certification.&nbsp;</p> <p>Moreover, the new facility will provide an estimated 100 operational jobs and employ an estimated 1,200 construction workers who will be working onsite for "several years," according to the company. Mortenson Construction was selected as the general contractor for the job.
