This is the first time the award will be put on hold since the first Stirling Prize was awarded to the Centenary Building at the University of Salford by Hodder + Partners in 1996. The institution also adds that judging for the regional and national awards will be canceled and moved to 2021.&nbsp;</p> <p>RIBA adds, "all projects which have already been shortlisted for a 2020 RIBA Regional Award will be included in our 2021 RIBA Awards, which will open for entries shortly."</p>
