In fact, with over 300 skyscrapers situated across its various business, residential, and commercial districts, the city offers the "third-largest skyline" in the U.S. based on the number of high-rises, falling behind only Chicago and New York. Work on that skyline is continuing apace once again with the construction of 830 Brickell, a new 724-foot luxury commercial tower.&nbsp;</p> <p><a href="https://www.miamiherald.com/news/business/real-estate-news/article239923328.html" target="_blank">The&nbsp;<em>Miami Herald&nbsp;</em>reports</a>&nbsp;the new office building will be the second tallest office tower in Miami-Dade County.
