The freshly topped-out building in the Baldwin Hills neighborhood of&nbsp;<a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/1322/los-angeles" target="_blank">Los Angeles</a>, which was originally approved in 1999, stands 230 feet tall<em></em>.
